Functionality seems very high right up until the crashes. According to OpenHardwareMonitor my temps are nowhere near dangerous levels on CPU or GPU.

The only thing that comes up in the event logs is a Kernel Power error which I believe is from me forcibly shutting down the PC after the crash occurs. One new thing is that holding the power button down won't shut the PC off now, I have to actually flip the switch in the back. Pretty much the same as it was a year ago. VR was incredibly smooth, and my FPS were sky high.

Prices have come down, so I decided "Hey now's a good time to upgrade, I can probably get a better card for the same price I paid for that 3080." I settled on an ASUS ROG STRIX 3090, and I decided to upgrade my CPU as well and picked up a Ryzen 9 5900x.Īfter installing the new hardware, everything ran great.
